About Al Kernek, Owner and president
Al Kernek has been a licensed real
estate broker in the state of California since 1978. He has been
an active real estate investor, previously co-owned a real
estate appraisal company, and has participated in the mortgage
loan business as well.

Al also has thirty years of hands-on
marketing experience in both Fortune 500 firms and
entrepreneurial start-up companies. This includes
extensive Internet marketing experience. In the
corporate world, he developed numerous successful
marketing campaigns, involving both online and offline
activities, for which he received several industry
awards. Al holds degrees in mathematics, business
management and real estate, and he is a widely published
author of articles about Internet marketing.
